At Home Fit was created out of a desire to provide high quality personal training to individuals who do not feel comfortable or are unable to go to a gym.

Strength & Conditioning Coach
Emily has a deep passion for health and wellness. She is an ACE-Certified Professional Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist with a particular focus on helping people of all abilities to function and perform at their best. Her goal is to provide the training, tools and motivation for clients to find and maintain healthy lifestyles through physical fitness.
Emily believes an active lifestyle is essential for the body as well as the mind. She is currently a USA Boxing amateur athlete with two Championship belts and an undefeated record. She brings great energy, creativity and a unique background to fitness and nutrition coaching. Emily will try anything for a good workout, but loves yoga, cycling and running as cross training for her boxing program.

I let old injuries go unaddressed, convincing myself that I would just further injure myself if I exercised. When I started working with my At-Home-Fit trainer, I had no idea that a custom workout regimen could not only work around my old injuries, but actually make me feel better instead of worse.
