This course is designed to give you all the tools necessary to start a lifelong path to greater bone health and vitality. Through this 8-week course, you will learn and practice an exercise program that you can continue to do at home.
Suitable for: This class is suitable for individuals who are new to strength training, returning to strength training after a significant break, or who want help to ensure they are using proper form in their current exercise program.
