Training Class for Bone Health and Vitality - Tuesdays starting 4/23 at 9:00 AM at the Hopkinton Center for the Arts

This course is designed to give you all the tools necessary to start a lifelong path to greater bone health and vitality. Through this 8-week course, you will learn and practice an exercise program that you can continue to do at home.

Suitable for: This class is suitable for individuals who are new to strength training, returning to strength training after a significant break, or who want help to ensure they are using proper form in their current exercise program.

$200 for the 8-week course. Course meets once per week.
$250 with the purchase of homework equipment. ($80 value, yours to keep)

What to wear: Comfortable non-restrictive exercise clothes that are not too baggy
What to bring:  Water (all the equipment needed during class is provided, including mats)
Equipment needed for homework can be purchased through us for $50 when registering for class or through Amazon: Set of kettle bells including weights of 5, 10, 15 and 20
